This controller fit for 3-phase bldc motor with power less than 1000W.

The driver of TD-909 uses the US high-performance dedicated brushless DC motor driver chip, which is suitable for driving small and medium-sized brush DC motor. Thanks to the new PWM technology, the motor runs at high speed, low vibration, low noise and smooth operation.

1. Features:

1.3 The drive current is up to 8A. It can also be designed according to user requirements.

This is the maximum closed loop speed. By controlling the DA terminal from 0V to 5V, you can control the closed loop speed 0 to full speed.
2. Pin Description
AC input terminal 2.1 110vac-220VAC or external DC power supply.
2.2 The U terminal is the U phase of the motor.
2.3V is phase V of the motor.
The 2.4W terminal is the motor phase W.
The 2.5 + 5V terminal is the Hall element power supply, which is provided by the controller.
GND 2.6 terminal, Hall element power supply negative terminal, that is, 0V.
Room A 2.7 is a phase A room element.
HALL B 2.8 is a Phase B room element.
The HALL C 2.9 is a Phase C room element.
Terminal 2,10 CW is the forward run enable end of the motor. Low active.
Terminal 2.11 CCW is the enable terminal for motor reverse operation. Low active.
2.12 The AD terminal is the motor speed control terminal, and the voltage range is 0-5V.
2.13 CLK (Hz) terminal is Hall frequency output.
3. Parameter settings
Power on display "A---BB", A=1 means run with Hall motor. BB represents the number of stages of the brushless motor. Shows after 1 second

3.1 press the SET for the first time, "--- BB" is displayed, BB is the number of brushless motor series, press the up and down keys to select the brushless motor.
The same number of levels.
3.2 press SET a second time to display E xx, which means the brushless motor accelerates time.
3.3 press the SET button for the third time to display L. Press the up and down keys to display "0" and "1". "0" means open loop. "1" means closed loop.
3.4 closed loop parameter setting:
Press SET: "xxxx" is displayed to indicate the maximum speed of the closed loop.
Press SET: Displays "P xx" from 1 to 99.
Press SET: display "I xx" range from 1 to 60.
Configuration key: Displays the "d xx" range from 0 to 10.
The general closed loop parameter setting P value is greater than the I value.
Press the Enter key to save the data.
4. Fault screen

4.1 "Err 3" seems to indicate over current.
4.2 "Err 5" seems to indicate that the stream is blocked.
4.3 "Err 6" seems to indicate that there is a problem with the room or that the motor U, V, W is disconnected.
4.4 "Err 2" seems to indicate Hall phase loss.
4.5 "Err 4" seems to indicate that Hall mode is working and the Hall line is not connected.
